The Kiloview E3 is an encoder that belongs to the new generation of professional IP Video encoders. The Kiloview E3 encoder is the perfect ally for the IP Video professional. The impressive capabilities of the Kiloview encoders are multiplied by the added features of this professional encoder: dual video input ports, H.265 encoding, simultaneous streaming and recording, PTZ control, Tally, line input and much more.
Dual video input encoding: HDMI and 3G-SDI
The E3 encodes professional video sources from both its 3G-SDI input, supporting resolutions up to 1080p60, and from the HDMI port supporting input resolutions up to 4Kp30. This powerful Kiloview device is capable of simultaneously encoding both inputs with a maximum resolution of 1080p60, or just the HDMI input with the maximum supported resolution. It also allows to create beautiful 'picture in picture' or 'picture by picture' compositions using both inputs, and send them in a single professional video stream.
Flexible format selection and compatibility with all protocols
The Kiloview E3 encoder supports the H.265 codec, also known as HEVC High Efficiency Video Codec, for its ability to deliver higher data compression at the same quality, resulting in a reduction of up to 50% in the bandwidth used for transmission. In addition, this professional range encoder is compatible with most professional IP video protocols, such as NDI | HX, SRT, RTMP, RTSP, Onvif or TS over UDP.
Powerful streaming capabilities
This Kiloview encoder is capable of targeting up to 16 different destinations simultaneously. Specifically, it can send a main stream with a maximum resolution of 1080p60 to up to 8 different destinations simultaneously, as well as a backup stream with a resolution of up to 720p to up to 8 destinations, which can be the same or different from the main stream.
Professional video processing
In addition to its high encoding capabilities, the E3 allows to rotate and crop the input video image, as well as adding layers of text, image or any possible OSD. This simplifies the labor of professional video broadcasters, allowing minor image adjustments to be made without the need to go through other video signal processing software or hardware.
