Miller has combined the Compass X6 fluid head with the 1620G 75 Sprinter II tripod to offer a lightweight, stable and adjustable system ready for a wide range of professional productions. It offers a suitable setup for small film crews, DSLR, mirrorless and ENG cameras.
The outstanding Miller CX6 75mm hemisphere head features the Miller exclusive CB Plus technology for its 15+0 counterbalance positions. This technology allows for fast and accurate setup by featuring a unique counterbalance design with sequential adjustment.
With both the counterbalance and 3+0 friction settings in the 0 position, this head is able to function properly with very light weight cameras, supporting loads from 0 to 12 kgs.
The CX6 head is built with a light metal die-cast alloy, which allows it to withstand demanding shooting times and work reliably in adverse conditions. Thanks to an illuminated bubble level, it is possible to level the CX6 in dark environments.
Its camera plate has a 60mm sliding range. Together with a side-loading mechanism, it is possible to easily and accurately secure and balance the camera.
The 1620G 75 Sprinter II double-tube tripod made of carbon fiber is designed as a lightweight and compact platform, offering maximum resistance to twisting.
It features single-twist locks and a ground-stabilizing triangle, which allows the rig to be set up quickly on flat surfaces. Its two stages allow a significant height range of 607 to 1.697mm.
