The Blackmagic Design Micro Converter BiDirectional SDI/HDMI 12G allows you to easily combine SDI and HDMI devices in a video system. This compact bi-directional converter can simultaneously convert SDI to HDMI and vice versa, even when different standards are used, and supports resolutions up to DCI 2K on SDI and 1080p60 on HDMI. It also offers camera control conversion for Blackmagic HDMI cameras such as the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K or 6K, allowing them to be used with an SDI digital video mixer.
The pocket-sized Micro Converter BiDirectional SDI/HDMI 12G offers HDMI timecode support, SDI re-clocking for greater stability on long cable runs, support for a wide range of professional resolutions including 48fps cinema-style, and HDMI and SDI embedded audio input and output. This converter features a rugged metal housing with LED power and signal status indicators and rugged connectors. A USB-C port allows the converter to easily connect to and receive power from large screen monitors, laptops, desktops or projectors. The converter is powered by a separately available power supply.
