Aten VE2812R HDMI HDBaseT Receiver with Audio De-Embedding

The Aten VE2812R is a high quality HDMI HDBaseT receiver with audio de-embedder function. Equipped with HDBaseT technology, it can receive 4K HDMI signals from up to 100m over a single Cat 5e/6/6a cable. With HDBaseT long range mode enabled, HDMI signals can be transmitted up to 150m at 1080p.

The VE2812R's audio de-embedder function extracts the audio signal from the HDMI and converts it to a stereo or S/PDIF coaxial audio signal for transmission to a display-independent audio system. Compatible with HDMI (3D, deep color, 4k) and HDCP 2.2, the VE2812R ensures reliable transmissions of high-quality, uncompressed HDMI signals.

It is recommended to install the VE2812R together with the VE2812T. The VE2812R can transmit IR/RS-232 from the VE2812T, so that users can remotely control the VE2812T unit via RS-232 command mode by switching the input port. The solution is ideal for different environments, such as meeting rooms, digital educational environments or any scenario where high quality video is required.
