You can use this JVC M.2 SSD memory adapter to record up to UHD 4K 60/50p, 10-bit ProRes 422 video, on your GY-HC500 or GY-HC550 Connected Cam camcorder. This box accepts an M.2 SSD disk that allows the camera to record higher resolution video compared to the maximum UHD 4K 30/25p, using an SDHC/SDXC card. It is installed in the SSD expansion slot built into the Connected Cam. The M.2 SSD drive is not included with the adapter caddy, it is purchased separately. To download the media content to a computer, connect the caddy via its USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1 interface.
