Canon CN-E70-200mm T4.4 L IS - EF mount Servo Zoom Lens
The Canon CN-E 70-200mm T4.4, Compact-Servo Cine Zoom lens with EF mount provides 4K and HDR compatible images on Super 35 sensor equipped digital cinema cameras. This compact and lightweight zoom offers a zoom range of 70-200mm. Its reach can be further extended using the optional Canon EF 1.4x III and 2x extenders (available separately). This parfocal cine lens maintains focus throughout the zoom shift and has a maximum, constant T4.4 iris throughout the zoom range. Its chromatic characteristics match those of existing Canon cine lenses, allowing for uncompromising interchangeability. Another cinematic feature of this zoom is its nine-bladed iris, which can be used to produce attractive bokeh (out-of-focus highlights).
The Canon CN-E 70-200mm features an infinite diaphragm, which allows the iris to be controlled via a servo unit or a wireless F/I/Z system. There are even greater control options, such as REC start/stop, focus and zoom control from the grip, lens metadata transfer, chromatic aberration correction and autofocus functions, available through selected EF-mount cameras.
With just 20 centimetres long and weighing less than one kilogram, the 70-200mm offers portability combined with a versatile range of focal lengths and high optical performance.
