The Panasonic DC-BS1H is a cinema camera in the company's line of compact designs, featuring a modular box-style design with a miniature form factor. This feature makes it perfect for working on gimbals or drones. This is a camera with a 24.2-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor with Dual Native ISO technology. Dual Native ISO is a technology that links two separate native ISO circuits, which is used in Panasonic Varicam models for professionals. The lens mount is L-mount, so there is wide compatibility with lenses from a variety of manufacturers. Other lenses can also be used with the necessary adapters.
 
Its sensor offers V-Log Curve recording with 14 steps of dynamic range. This is an HLG Color (Hybrid Log-Gamma) compliant camera for vivid images that support professional colour grading. This Panasonic DC-BS1H can output 12-bit RAW video data via HDMI with a maximum resolution of 5.9K at 29.97p (5888 x 3312 and 16:9)/4K at 59.94p (4128 x 2176 and 17:9) and 3.5K anamorphic (3536 x 2656 and 4:3). Another important feature is that it allows simultaneous broadcasting via HDMI and 3G-SDI.
