Rechargeable Li-Ion battery rental with V-Mount mount, for professional camcorders. It consists of 16 cells and achieves a high capacity of 95Wh/6.6Ah. It can power 30W ENG cameras for approximately 3 hours and is not restricted by IATA air transport regulations.
The S-8080S features Sony's standard V-Mount mount and uses a high quality metal V-shaped wedge, which ensures reliable mounting. The D-Tap DC output socket, located on top of the battery, provides a DC 14.4V output (Nominal) for connecting equipment such as camera lights, monitors, wireless transmitters, etc.... The maximum power rating of the D-Tap is 70W, 6A.
On the side of the battery, there are 4 LED charge level indicators, which allow you to check the remaining capacity of the battery. It allows you to get a quick overview of the capacity before use.
