AJA Bridge Live 12G-4 offers professional-grade encode, decode, and transcode for up to 4 bidirectional 12G-SDI UltraHD signals, enabling real-time conversion between SDI and IP (NDI, H.264/HEVC, MPEG-2, RTMP/S, SRT, HLS, MPEG-TS, and optional JPEG XS/2000) with full control over contribution, distribution, and monitoring paths. The solution covers everything from synchronous remote production (REMI) and multilocation backhaul to remote facility collaboration, direct-to-audience streaming, and multicamera event environments requiring precise synchronization and hitless redundancy.
   
In terms of interoperability, it supports all the required UltraHD and HD variants for broadcast and premium production, with bidirectional synchronous transport, dual 10GigE network architecture, PSU redundancy, and the option for full online or API-based (REST/SNMP) management. It is designed for flexible, automated remote operation and advanced administration.

• Fully compatible with full NDI/NDI|HX and bidirectional SDI-NDI/IP conversions.
• Rec.2100 architecture for HDR, with full passthrough and override support.
• Embedded PCM/AAC audio (up to 16 channels per signal), Dolby E/AC3/E-AC3 passthrough (including Atmos), delay adjustment, and flexible up/downmix.
• Remote control via WebUI and local GUI, front panel controls, LCD display, REST/SNMP integration, NMOS for ST2110 deployments.
• Robust hardware: 1RU, 190W typical power, 4x BNC 12G-SDI, dual 10GigE, redundant power, monitoring and firmware updates online. Compatible with Linux/macOS/Windows as source/destination and for flexible encoding.
