The Matrox Extio N3208 Transmitter Appliance is an IP KVM extension device that transmits up to two DisplayPort 1.1 signals (up to 2560x1600@60Hz or 2x 1920x1200@60Hz), along with embedded digital and analog audio, USB 2.0 (keyboard, mouse, storage, smart card, industrial HID), and RS-232 serial channel via a single network—copper or fiber—for up to 100 m using Cat6 or 10 km using single-mode fiber.

Includes 2x DisplayPort 1.1 video inputs, USB 2.0 Type-B for peripherals, analog audio in/out (3.5 mm), and RS-232 (female), plus RJ45 and SFP network connectors (copper or fiber, redundancy available). Includes local DisplayPort passthrough for direct monitoring.
