The Kiloview CUBE R1 is a device designed for multi-channel NDI video recording. The device is the hardware version of Kiloview NDI Recorder, which can record up to 9 NDI sources simultaneously, with a 1, 4 or 9 quadrant multiview preview.  

Equipped with two hot-swappable SSD slots, the CUBE R1 enables uninterrupted recording. SFP and Ethernet connections adapt to different network environments.

9 NDI sources recording, any resolution and any format

• Synchronized preview and recording of up to 9 video signals with 1/4/9 source grid preview.
• Auto-discovery of NDI sources on the same network, or any NDI source on other networks by NDI Discovery Server.
• Local recording to SSD disks of files in .mov format, with fixed size or fixed length. 

Plug-and-Play, uninterrupted recording

The CUBE R1 is an all-in-one solution that offers plug-and-play operation, supports uninterrupted recording by being equipped with two hot-swappable SSD slots, and the NVMe module design of the CUBE R1 can adapt to all types of SSDs on the market. The switch, with safety lock, ensures that the whole process is safe and stable. 
 

Synchronous recording

The Kiloview CUBE R1 NDI recorder supports a self-defined NTP Server, to ensure that all NDI sources are recorded synchronously.
 
It supports One-Click Recording, with a single touch, it makes it easy to record.  

Multiple multiview monitoring layouts

Multi-window layouts of 1, 4 or 9 images are available for your choice. 

Customizable overlays for each window: Audio levels, Tally status, current bitrate, sync status and source name.

 

Integrated LCD touch screen for real-time monitoring

The integrated LCD touch screen on the CUBE R1 allows users to check the status of disk storage, CPU, temperature, bandwidth and other crucial parameters that can affect the recording quality and process.
  

Duration or Fixed Size Recording

You can choose to save recording files in a fixed length of time or in a fixed file size. When a file becomes full, the recorder will continue recording immediately to the next file automatically. Don't worry about losing frames.
