BirdDog Multiview Lite - NDI Multiviewer Lite

Multiview Windows

Up to 6 simultaneous views with a fixed 2×2 template per view (24 sources total). Dynamic layout selection: simply choose the template and assign each NDI source to one of the four positions.

Resolutions and Codecs

Output up to UHD 4K, 1080p, or 720p; also supports low-bandwidth NDI codecs (Proxy) to optimize the network. Configurable frame rates from 1 fps upwards.

Overlays per window

Each window supports independent overlays:

• Tally borders, source names, VU audio meters, and more.
• Activate or deactivate each overlay with a simple toggle in the settings.

Audio and Tally Indicators

Vertical audio level meters (VU) in each window to monitor audio tracks. Tally border: highlights the source that is "on-air" in red if integrated with a compatible switcher.

Compatible Software and Hardware

Runs on Windows 10 and above (requires Intel i5 CPU or higher; NVIDIA GPU recommended). Outputs can be received in any NDI Tools compatible application (Mac/PC), in BirdDog Central (Pro or Lite), or sent to BirdDog NDI decoders for conversion to baseband video.

Integration with BirdDog Central

Compatible with Central Pro and Central Lite for routing Multiview outputs to multiple destinations or decoders. Supports multicast of one NDI stream to multiple receivers, optimizing bandwidth on local networks.

Performance and Bandwidth Management

Uses NDI Proxy (6 Mb/s) or Full NDI codecs as needed for quality or network saving. Option to disable individual NDI outputs to free up bandwidth when not in use.
