With NDI|HX3, Wi-Fi 6, a large Sony sensor and advanced AI controls, it is a PTZ camera designed for spectacular results in every way. It also features a built-in battery, HALO tally system and an optional base station to wirelessly connect up to 4 cameras.
 
The BirdDog X4 Ultra features a visible and effective HALO Tally system. By surrounding the lens with a visible edge in daylight, it keeps the actors looking directly into the camera. The cast and crew will always know where to look, which will keep the audience's attention.
 
The tracking AI controls on the X4 Ultra are designed to be easy to use, ensuring predictable and consistent performance on every shot. As your needs grow, the AI capabilities expand, adapting to provide precise, automated control of your PTZ camera's movements.

Optionally, a WiFi-6 receiver base station is available, allowing up to 4 X4 Ultra PTZ cameras to be paired with a single reliable receiver, which converts the NDI|HX3 signal to Ethernet.
 
The BirdDog BirdUI user interface gives full access to every function of the X4 Ultra, all within a sleek and intuitive interface. As a browser-based application, it can be accessed from anywhere on the same network as the X4 Ultra. BirdUI adds features including a control panel, to monitor the camera, and light/dark modes to suit your production environment.
