Atlona AT-HDVS-SC-RX - 4K HDBaseT and HDMI Switcher

4K/UHD receiver/scaler for HDBaseT and HDMI. Part of the Atlona HDVS series of HDBaseT extenders with AV switching and scaling, plus automatic display control and automatic input selection.

The unit has an HDMI input and receives HDBaseT, with an HDMI video output that can be scaled up to 4K/UHD@30Hz 4:4:4, plus embedded audio, RS-232 control and Ethernet at distances of up to 100 meters. The device features Atlona CrystalScale technology with high-quality Up/Down Converter, as well as advanced image optimization capabilities and internal test patterns for configuration and troubleshooting, making it ideal for 4K presentation applications with HDVS-200, Omega, or UHD-EX series transmitters, as well as Atlona AV switches with HDBaseT outputs, local HDMI sources, and Gain series amplifiers.

The HDVS-SC-RX and HDVS-200 or Omega Series transmitters together serve as a compact and fully automated AV system with the advantage of automatic input selection, display control, remote transmitter power over Ethernet (PoE) and 4K/UHD scaling.

This HDBaseT-equipped scaler and switcher includes audio scaling suppression, TCP/IP and RS-232 control, and contact closure ports to control a motorized display or screen elevator. Surface mount tools are supplied with the HDVS-SC-RX for easy installation behind a screen or on top of a projector.

The HDVS-SC-RX optimizes image quality and switching performance with Atlona CrystalScale. This unique video processing technology delivers flawless images without sacrificing color or image detail, especially when 4K/UHD content is converted to 1080p. CrystalScale also includes gamma and color uniformity correction, 1080i deinterlacing with motion adaptation and aspect ratio control.
