Manfrotto's FAST Twist-Lock technology allows the GimBoom to be unlocked with a simple twisting gesture to allow you to extend it to a maximum length of 1.15m in three sections. When fully retracted, it measures just 51cm, making it easy to travel with, and even at this collapsed length, it serves as a useful extension arm for your gimbal.
The GimBoom is made from lightweight but durable carbon fibre and supports up to 6.5kg of load at full extension. The large rubber grips allow for a comfortable and secure handle, especially considering its padded design.

The GimBoom Manfrotto MVGBF-CF has been designed with one goal in mind, to allow gimbal users to extend the reach of their recordings without adding heavy or complicated equipment.
In the past, large, heavy equipment was needed to create dynamic, smooth motion recordings; today, users of any level can create smooth motion images with a single product. With a length of only 51cm closed, and with a lightweight carbon fiber construction, it is capable of supporting up to 6.5kg at maximum extension.
Thanks to its 1,15m fully extended, GimBoom users will be able to extend their creative horizons up to a height of 3,5m from the ground while maintaining the stabilization, so they can take their recordings to another level. In addition, thanks to its standard 3/8" and 1/4" threaded top connector, the Gimboom allows for a trouble-free setup with most Gimbals available on the market.

And with a weight of only 800g, with a closed length of 51cm, the GimBoom is also exceptionally compact and light, being easy to carry with us on the road.
