The Blackmagic VideoHub Mini 8x4 12G matrix occupies only two-thirds the width of a rack unit, making it ideal for installations or studios with limited space.
It is equipped with eight 12G-SDI loop-through inputs and four 12G-SDI outputs on the rear panel. Additionally, it features a front 12G-SDI input and output that automatically overrides input and output 8 when in use, allowing for quick and direct connection in situations where an urgent source is required.
Signal switching is intuitive via the front panel buttons: simply select the destination button, then press the source. Routing can also be managed through the included control software via Ethernet. For more advanced workflows, the device is compatible with the Master Control Pro hardware panel.
One of the key advantages of the VideoHub Mini is its ability to be recognized as a webcam by video conferencing applications, thanks to its USB-C connection, which facilitates integration into live streaming systems.
