Swit S-3602U Dual charger and adapter for Sony BP-U

The SWIT S-3602U is a dual charger and adapter for Sony BP-U series batteries or compatible batteries such as the SWIT S-8U65 / S-8U95. It has two charging slots, with 16.7V DC, 1.9A output, capable of charging 2 batteries sequentially at 75% capacity, then charging both batteries at the same time until charging is complete. Includes 4-level LED charge indicators for each channel, indicating actual capacity in percent while the batteries are being charged.

The SWIT S-3602U charger has a 5.5mm/2.1mm 1.9A 12V DC adapter connector to adapt the DC output. The DC outputs work simultaneously and provide 8.4V DC. 3.5A in total. A DC cable is also included for the SONY PMW-EX1/3/100/200 cameras.

The lithium-ion battery charger performs two charging periods. The first period is constant current. The battery is charged at maximum charging speed. When the battery reaches a specified set voltage, the charging circuits change to the second phase: the constant voltage period. The charging circuit will provide only enough current to maintain the voltage, to prevent the battery from overcharging.

The SWIT S-3602U charger can identify different types of chemical batteries, and provide the correct charging program, to protect the batteries from overcurrent, overcharge, high temperature, etc.
