Lilliput Q23 23.6" 12G-SDI/HDMI Broadcast Monitor

The Lilliput Q3 is a 23.6" native 4K UHD monitor with a V-mount battery plate, useful for both studio and field applications. Compatible with DCI 4K (4096x2160) and UHD 4K (3840x2160), the monitor features an HDMI 2.0 input and four SDI inputs, two 12G and two 3G, allowing for single, dual and quad-link SDI input. The monitor also features HDMI and SDI loop-through outputs, to pass the signal to the next equipment. For colour critical work, the monitor is compatible with the PRO/LTE version of the LightSpace CMS colour scope (not included).

Input video signals are automatically scaled to fit the full 3840x2160 display. Audio embedded in the HDMI and SDI signals is played through the monitor's speakers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack allows monitoring without external noise. The monitor also supports selectable HDR colour spaces, including HLG, and you can choose from 17 built-in 3D-LUT tables or import six of your own. In the studio, the included power supply allows you to power the monitor from a power outlet via the 4-pin XLR port, or you can power it from a V-mount battery using the included battery plate. The monitor comes with a mounting bracket for desktop use and a VESA mounting plate for field mounting.

HDR and 3D LUTs

When HDR mode is activated, the display reproduces a higher dynamic range of brightness, allowing lighter and darker colours and details to be displayed with greater contrast. It is possible to use preset registers or upload your own custom LUT tables in .cube format via the front panel USB port.

Audio

The monitor can display the Lissajous figure, very useful when used in audio post-production work, to detect phase variation.

Assignable buttons

Using the four assignable buttons on the front panel, any of the four essential monitoring tools can be quickly activated and deactivated without having to enter the monitor's menu system.

Remote Control

The monitor is RS-422 compatible via discrete input and output RJ45 connectors. This allows the monitor to be controlled from computer applications, as well as linking multiple monitors.

Calibration

The monitor supports colour calibration using an optional PRO/LTE version of the LightSpace CMS probe to ensure that the monitor displays the image accurately.

Fibre connection

An integrated slot accepts an optional SFP+ module, in case you need a fibre connection.
