It has two 12G-SDI inputs, which together with 2 inputs plus 3G-SDI can be configured as Quadlink 3G-SDI. In Quad mode it supports work in Quad Mode and 2SI. In addition, it incorporates HDMI 2.0 connection up to 4K60P and a slot to add an SFP that provides fiber optic 12G-SDI input. It supports HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) and Dolby Vision PQ HDR signal monitoring with 1000nit brightness.
Monitor calibration can be performed without a computer thanks to the built-in calibration software that supports X-rite i1 and Jet Specbos 1211 probes connected directly to the monitor via USB. The monitor is capable of generating a 3DLUT table and self-calibrating automatically.
In the Zero Latency mode of the 4K inputs (less than 1/100 frame) the lip-sync can be perfectly verified.
To make your work even easier, the monitor includes several conversion tables from camera logs to REC709. Log-C, C-Log, S-Log2, S-Log3, V-Log, J-Log1 and RedLogFilm are installed. In any case, it is also possible to import 3DLUT 17x17x17 via a USB drive.
To assist in signal adjustment, the monitor provides various signal analysis tools such as: Y/Cb/Cr/R/G/R waveform, vectorscope, Red/Blue focus assistant, R/G/B monochrome, single line waveform, R/G/B/Y histogram, zebra and false color. The audio signal can be monitored thanks to the on-screen insertion of 16-channel audio meters and Lissajous.
The BM-U275HDR makes remote control easy via the installed web server, which can be accessed through an Ethernet LAN connection. Using any computer's web browser, it is possible to open the monitor's control panel and select input sources, adjust image parameters, configure video/audio functions and assign function keys, etc., without installing any APP.
