Miller has combined the 1620G 75 Sprinter II tripod with the Compass X6 fluid head to deliver a lightweight, steady and adjustable system that is quickly configurable for a wide variety of professional productions. It offers a convenient solution for DSLR, ENG and mirrorless cameras and small film crews.
The outstanding Miller CX6 75mm hemisphere fluid head features the Miller CB Plus technology for its 15+0 counterbalance positions. This unique counterbalance design technology, with sequential adjustment, provides a quick and precise set-up. This head works perfectly with very light weight cameras as it has 0 position in the counterbalance (15+0) and friction (3+0) settings. It is capable of supporting loads from 0 to 12 kgs. The CX6 ensures maximum performance in demanding shooting conditions and is reliable in unfavorable conditions due to its light metal die-cast alloy construction.
For greater assembly precision, its camera plate features a 60mm sliding range. It also has a side-loading mechanism to facilitate safe camera placement. Miller also adds an illuminated bubble level that facilitates smooth head leveling in low-light conditions. The Miller 1620G 75 Sprinter II twin-tube tripod is made of carbon fiber. It is designed as a lightweight and strong platform, offering maximum resistance to torsion. It allows for quick setup by featuring single-twist locks and an above ground spreader. It achieves a remarkable height range of 767 to 1.697mm by having two stages.
