The Magewell Ultra Stream SDI accepts one SDI input and outputs up to two live streams over Wi-Fi or Ethernet. It can send a main stream and a substream to CDNs such as Facebook Live, YouTube and Twitch, or to RTMP servers. It supports resolutions up to 2048x1080 2K60, encodes the signal up to 1080p60 and outputs a main stream with bitrate up to 10Mb/s and a substream up to 2Mb/s. It can record the stream to the 32GB of internal storage or to an optional USB drive with resolution up to 720p30.
Connections include SDI input with loop-through output (which also supports up to 2K), an RJ45 port, a USB port for a flash drive, and microphone and headphone jacks. There are built-in controls for start/stop streaming and recording, and the rest of the controls are included in a WebUI, as well as a complementary iOS/Android app, which connects to the Ultra Stream SDI via Bluetooth.
