FiDO is a family of SDI to Fiber Optic converters. FiDO-2T-MM enables the transport of 2 SDI, HD-SDI and 3G-SDI channels at distances up to 700m over OM4 and 300m over OM3 multi-mode fiber optic cables using LC connectors, which is useful for eliminating ground loop problems. FiDO converters meet all SMPTE specifications and are rugged, versatile and suitable for indoor or outdoor use. They also use a compact, low-profile cabinet that works well in tight spaces around and behind equipment racks, trucks and cameras.
