The Opticis SDIX-100-TR 3G-SDI extender is the optimal solution for transmitting 3G-SDI, HD-SDI and DVB-ASI digital video data, at multiple speeds, over single-mode or multimode fiber optic cable. It supports 1080p, 3G-SDI, converting and transporting a SMPTE 424M, 3G-SDI, SMPTE-292M HD or SMPTE-295M channel up to 30Km over single-mode fiber. It adopts a ST fiber optic connector and a BNC Male input connector and both modules provide equalization and resynchronization.
Thanks to the use of advanced digital fiber optic transmission technology, no user adjustments are required on the extender system, allowing for quick setup and trouble-free operation. It is constructed with a rugged metal housing for Broadcast, medical or military applications. It is equipped with a power connector locking mechanism to prevent mishandling problems.

Miniature, fiber-optic 3G-SDI digital video transmission system, supporting up to 1080p. The SDIX-100-TR can transmit one (1) channel of SDI including SMPTE-424M (3G-SDI), SMPTE-292M (HD-SDI) or SMPTE-259M serial digital video signal up to 30Km through either single-mode or multi-mode fiber with the same model.
Due to the use of advanced digital fiber optic transmission technology, no user adjustments are required, enabling quick setup and trouble-free operation. The SDIX-100-TR series can handle SDI, DVB-ASI, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, and many other video formats.
The power connector has a latch-locking mechanism, thus no power disruption due to miss-handling problem. The SDIX-100-TR series comes with a rugged, standalone, miniature unit.
