The Panasonic AW-RP150G touchscreen remote camera controller allows you to control up to 200 compatible Panasonic PTZ cameras over IP via a hub switch. Or it can control five cameras via a direct RS-422 connection.
The AW-RP150G controller features joystick zoom and focus control for pan and tilt operations, many built-in physical buttons and additional controls within the 7" LCD touch screen. The PTZ controller also features an SD card slot for saving scene files, system configuration files and other camera settings, as well as copying settings to other cameras.
The controller can be powered via Power-over-Ethernet or a 12V, 4-pin XLR power supply, sold separately.
A zoom/focus rocker, mounted on the AW-RP150G joystick, manages pan and tilt operations, for intuitive, one-handed zoom and focus control. The integrated 7" touchscreen allows quick and easy operation of all essential camera functions.
The IP connection via a network switch allows control of up to 200 remote cameras. While up to 5 remote PTZ cameras can be controlled using the serial connection available on the AW-RP150G.

The touch panel GUI monitor allows you to display the PTZ camera image during shooting, as well as perform various operations. The panel is equipped with only frequently used buttons, with menu and camera switching operations, indicators and other functions integrated into the touch panel GUI.
The focus of controlled PTZ cameras is quickly adjusted with the area over which the screen is touched. In addition, the "Focus on red" option helps to align the focus by framing the part being focused on in red.
Scene files, system setup files and other camera settings can be saved on an SD card. These settings can be copied to multiple cameras via the SD card. This greatly reduces on-site setup time when shooting events with a large number of cameras.
When the controller is used in conjunction with the Panasonic AW-UE150 camera, the camera's cropping function can be controlled remotely. Images output from the camera to the monitor, which can be cropped in three different locations, are displayed with colored frames (yellow/green/magenta), and can be adjusted with the joystick while being monitored. The required images can be cropped precisely and easily.
Camera angle registration and other remote settings of PTZ cameras allow easy recall of settings from the touch panel GUI monitor. Supported presets include pan and tilt position, focus position, camera white balance settings, crop position coordinates, zoom position, lens aperture (manual iris only) and gain.
The motion memory function records a series of operations performed for the remote PTZ camera. Up to 5 minutes of 10 operations can be memorized for a single camera and then replay that path. Supported presets include pan and tilt position, focus position, white balance settings, zoom position, lens aperture (manual iris only) and gain.
