Central PRO 2.0 - NDI Multiscreen Software

BirdDog Central Pro 2.0 video distribution and routing software allows you to manage thousands of sources and destinations on an NDI network. The decentralized Central 2.0 software features a built-in media player, an audio/video re-transmitter, video preview windows, smart grouping, and routing of up to four real-time NDI streams. Central Pro 2.0 is Windows-compatible and also supports Windows touchscreen capability.

3-Click NDI Routing

At its core, Central 2.0 is an NDI routing application. Route NDI video across your network easily by selecting a source, a destination device, or a group, and hitting connect.

Media Player

The built-in media player uses an extremely low amount CPU power, regardless of playing the file back once or looping 24/7. It achieves this by pre-rendering sources to NDI using the inbuilt Generator to create lightweight native NDI files for play back.

Re-Transmitter

The Re-Transmitter feature allows creation of new NDI Sources by combining the video of an NDI source with the audio of another NDI source. A created Re-transmitter Source is then displayed and selectable in the sources list for easy routing. Great for creating sub mixes for distribution in venue or remotely via BirdDog Cloud and works seamlessly with BirdDog Dante NDI Bridge software.

BirdDog Compatible

Central Pro is compatible with all BirdDog hardware-generated NDI sources, including BirdDog Studio NDI, BirdDog Mini, and BirdDog's PTZ line. These will show up automatically in your source windows and you can then chose which destinations to send them to.

• 16 GB RAM
• Gigabit or higher network connection
• Graphics card with OpenGL support

Note: An active internet connection is required for license activation/deactivation.

Note: Central 2.0 must be installed on a Windows machine but can be accessed from any device with a web browser on the same network, including Apple devices.
