The Matrox Extio N3408 Transmitter Card is a PCIe x8/x16 add-in card designed for direct integration of advanced IP KVM extension and switching into professional workstations and servers. It transmits up to four DisplayPort video signals (3x mini DP 1.1, 1x mini DP 1.2) at resolutions up to 3840x2160@60Hz, as well as USB, analog audio (in/out), and serial data, all over a single RJ45 or fiber network link.

Features four mini DisplayPort inputs, HDMI support with adapter, mini USB 2.0 Type B for peripherals (keyboards, mice, touchscreens, storage), analog audio input (3.5 mm), and RS-232 serial channel. All traffic is handled via a single network connection—choose copper or fiber for required distance, redundancy, and robustness.

Supports mixed-resolution and pivoted-display scenarios, with up to 4x FHD@60Hz or 1x 4K@60Hz per channel, depending on setup. Maintains top image fidelity with full RGB 8:8:8 and YUV 4:4:4 support, plus embedded DisplayPort audio and stereo analog output.
