The Swit S-3812S is a fast battery charger capable of charging 2 V-mount batteries simultaneously at 6A, for specific SWIT batteries, for other batteries the charging current is 3A. It has a DC output via 4-pin XLR connector that can supply 16.8V DC to other equipment, with maximum load 200W / 12A. When the demand is less than 100W, the S-3812S charger can charge the batteries simultaneously.
You can also mount the 2 batteries and get DC output through the 4-pin XLR connector. The S-3812S has an LCD display to show real-time charging information, including: real-time charge/discharge status, real-time capacity and percentage, real-time voltage/current, remaining charge time, remaining discharge time, battery cycle times, and DC output adapter (XLR) current and power information. The S-3812S has 3-color LED indicators for both channels.

Swit battery models that support 6A fast charge mode are: S-8340S, S-8360S, D-8161S, S-8180S, S-8113S and S-8183S, for other batteries, the charging current is 3A.
The V-Mount charger S-3812S has a DC output, via 4-pin XLR connector, which can supply 16.8V DC to other equipment with a maximum load of 200W / 12A, from AC power or from the batteries themselves. When mounting charged batteries in the S-3812S, the DC output will deliver power through the 4-pin XLR connector, just like a power-bank. When the power demand is less than 100W, the S-3812S charger can charge the 2 batteries simultaneously.
The Swit S-3812S battery charger has an LCD display that shows real-time charging information including:
- Battery charge/discharge status.
- Real-time capacity and percentage
- Real-time voltage / current
- Time remaining to fully charge
- Time remaining to fully discharge
- Battery cycle times
- DC output adapter (XLR) current and power information.
Note: Battery information is only available with SWIT's digital Li-ion batteries: S-8320S; S - 8340S; S - 8360S; D-8161S / R. For non-digital batteries, the charger will only display real-time voltage and current.
S-3812S has 3-color LED indicators for both 2 channels:
- Red light flashes slowly: Battery is charging.
- Red light flashes rapidly: Battery is about to be fully charged.
- Steady green light: The battery is fully charged.
- Green light flashes: The battery is feeding the DC output.
- Orange light flashes: Abnormal battery or charger alert.
