The Datavideo DAC-60 SD/HD/3G-SDI to VGA scaler and converter converts SD/HD/3G-SDI video signals to VGA signals for display on computer devices such as projectors and monitors. The DAC-60 features a loop-through input that passes the SDI input signal without modifying it. This allows you to feed the same video signals to both VGA and SDI based equipment. The unit automatically detects the input format and scales it to the user-selected VGA output format, which is indicated by six LEDs.
With the included software, the built-in processor can be configured to adjust the contrast, hue and saturation of the VGA signal. The looped SDI signal is not affected by the processor settings. The unit is designed to be portable, drawing only 500mA at 12 volts and weighing less than one pound.
