The Roland V-1SDI 4-channel HD video mixer supports HD video SDI signals on three inputs and SD, HD and computer video formats up to 1920x1200 (WUXGA) at 60Hz on the fourth, HDMI. It supports progressive and interlaced material, internally converting interlaced streams to progressive for processing. With a preview, programme and multiscreen output, it allows easy monitoring of all inputs on the multiviewer and separate preview and programme screens.
The HDMI inputs and multiviewer output are HDCP compliant and the SDI inputs and SDI outputs of PVW and PGM are SMPTE 424M (SMPTE 425M-AB), 292M and 259M-C compliant. It can be controlled via the RS-232 port or from a PC via USB. Eight memories allow specific configurations to be recalled, making it easy to set up in different configurations. Built-in functions include image freeze and fade-out.
