The Wohler eVAM1-1 is an efficient and economical audio and video monitoring solution, ideal for Broadcast environments, Outside Broadcast Vans (OB Vans), and control rooms where space and budget are limiting factors. This compact unit, in a 1-rack unit (1RU) format with a reduced depth chassis, offers robust baseband signal monitoring without sacrificing the essential Confidence Monitoring quality characteristic of Wohler. The eVAM1-1 is optimized for traditional workflows, offering dual 3G-SDI inputs as standard and the capability to monitor and measure up to 16 embedded audio channels in these signals.
  
The eVAM1-1 offers great versatility in standard connectivity, including an AES3 input and output (on BNC), and multiple pairs of balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) analog inputs and outputs, allowing it to integrate easily into any legacy audio and video infrastructure. Operation is intuitive and fast, thanks to its 2.4-inch capacitive LCD touchscreen, which allows the operator to switch between video display, metering graphics, and menus. Additionally, it features physical controls that facilitate volume and balance adjustment.
  
Wohler's acoustic system is integrated into the front, providing a sound pressure level of 90 dB SPL at 70cm, enabling clear listening via the internal speakers or the headphone output. For workflow management, the eVAM1-1 allows saving up to 8 user-configurable presets. Its design also includes the possibility of remote management and updating via its network interface and USB port, ensuring easy maintenance and integration with third-party control systems via APIs. It is a perfect tool for baseband signal monitoring in an extremely compact and cost-effective format.
