The Matrox QuadHead2Go Q155 Card (Q2G-H4K-C) is a PCIe x16 mechanical/x1 electrical card dedicated to video wall control, featuring mini HDMI input and outputs. It manages up to four independent outputs with customizable resolutions up to 1920x1200@60Hz and supports 4Kp60 and 8Kx8K configurations on request. Color processing supports RGB 8:8:8 and YUV 4:4:4, 4:2:2, 4:2:0 with 1GB integrated memory.

Protocols and connectivity

The card includes a native RJ45 Ethernet connector for IP management and remote updates. Its completely independent operation requires no system drivers or PCIe data bus transfer—only power is drawn from the PCIe slot.

Management and control

Compatible with free Matrox PowerWall software and REST API, it allows full control over layout, rotation (90°, 180°, 270°), cropping, scaling and bezel management. Integrated buttons facilitate selection of presets and instant monitor identification. Supports artistic modes, clone mode, HDCP, and advanced audio management (AAC, PCM, stereo and mono) at 44.1/48kHz and 16-bit.

Installation and physical features

The fanless low-consumption (15W) design features compact dimensions (2.16x12.70x15.77 cm), 170g weight, and optional secure cable solutions. Certified for CE, FCC, ICES-3, and KC. Operating temperatures range from 0 to 45°C and storage up to -40 to 70°C. Three-year limited warranty provided.
