The Nanlite Forza 500B II is a bi-color LED spotlight that adopts the same power and compact form as the original Forza 500. With an adjustable color temperature of 2700-6500ºK, this light is dimmable from 0 to 100% in 0.1% increments, making it possible to achieve the precise intensity you need in your video and photo productions. It integrates seamlessly into any ambient lighting situation, adapts to other fixtures or allows for creative expression. The spotlight includes a 55° reflector, Bluetooth and 2.4GHz for wireless control, DMX/RDM capability and four fan modes, for speed settings or absolute silence. The new control unit offers power options, as the light can run efficiently on AC power or optional V-mount batteries.
The Forza 500B II comes with an improved curved yoke, which allows 360° rotation for a greater tilt range, when used with optional large modifiers. Its base is compatible with both 5/8" baby pins and 1-1/8" junior pins and the light's Bowens mount can be used with a large number of light modifiers. The fixture is ready for worldwide use, thanks to its 110 to 240VAC power supply, but can also operate with optional side-mounted 26V / 14.8V V-Mount batteries in situations where AC power is not available. A padded carrying bag is supplied to protect it during storage and transport.
The light offers 12 built-in customizable effects that can be saved as presets using the free NANLINK app.
In shooting situations where you need to match other light sources, or achieve a specific look, it can be extremely useful to adjust the shift from green to magenta for color correction. The Forza 500B II allows you to adjust the color by +/- 80 to achieve this. This capability is made possible by the LED light source.
The four fan modes enhance the speed control according to your needs. The fan can also be turned off completely when absolute silence is needed.
Optimized for studio or outdoor use, the light's control unit is equipped with easy-access side battery plates that support V-Mount batteries. The Nanlite Forza 500B II operates on 26V / 14.8V V-Mount batteries or AC power for easy operation anywhere, regardless of power availability.
The control unit features a convenient OLED display and integrated buttons and knobs for precise and easy local control, but the light can also be controlled remotely.
