Gefen EXT-DVIKA-HBT2 - DVI extension kit over HDBaseT at 150m

DVI extender up to 150m over HDBaseT 2.0. It uses the implementation of the latest HDBaseT 2.0 technology to send DVI over a single CAT-5e cable at 150 meters. The new HDBaseT 2.0 Colligo™ platform offers additional features, such as USB and 2-way audio extension, and ensures an even more robust and resilient connection than the HDBaseT standard. It supports DVI resolutions up to 1080p and 1920x1200 (WUXGA). HDMI 4K DCI-Cinema (4096x2160@30Hz 4:4:4) and 4K Ultra HD (3840x2160@60Hz 4:2:0) resolutions along with 7.1 channels of lossless digital audio LPCM and HBR (High Bit Rate) are also supported when using DVI to HDMI cables. Supported HBR formats include Dolby Atmos®, Dolby® TrueHD, DTS:X and DTS-HD Master Audio. USB, RS-232 and 2-way analog L/R audio can be extended between transmitter and receiver to accommodate a complete workstation, including keyboard, mouse, USB peripherals, microphone, headphones and active speakers. The 1U high and half rack width chassis can be surface mounted, installed in a standard 19-inch rack using the EXT-RACK-1U-GRY rack tray, or placed on a shelf.

POH technology (Power Over HDBaseT) provides power from the receiver to the transmitting unit, using the same CAT-5 cable that extends DVI, audio and control signals. Only the receiver unit needs an external power supply. The POH standard ensures compatibility with other POH-compatible devices.

The Gefen Syner-G software, with its powerful EDID management capabilities, accelerates configuration, performs real-time performance analysis via Link Monitoring and simplifies firmware upgrades in the field.
