Multi-Channel Video Encoder

Insert up to 18 FN-60 (HDMI 2.0) or FN-50 (12G-SDI) cards into the RF02 chassis to create a powerful 18-channel 4K Full UHD video encoder. It is compatible with H.264/H.265 and NDI SpeedHQ encoding, both NDI HX/HX3 and NDI High Bandwidth, with NDI 6 and HDR compatibility. Additionally, it supports multiple streaming protocols such as SRT, RTMP, HLS, TS, RTP, and RTSP, among others.

Multi-Channel Video Decoder

Without replacing the encoding service cards (FN-50/FN-60), the RF02 can be a high-performance 18-channel 4K decoder, compatible with NDI HX/HX3/High Bandwidth and various streaming protocols, with output through HDMI 2.0 or 12G-SDI, maintaining NDI 6 and HDR compatibility.

Hybrid Encoding/Decoding

Combine encoding and decoding capabilities within the same system: no need to change cards (FN-50/FN-60), it can be a fully customizable 4K HDR hybrid workflow, giving you complete flexibility.

Kiloview P Series Decoding Gateway

Thanks to the integrated Kiloview KiloLink server in the RF02, you can seamlessly connect Kiloview P3/P3 Mini devices without additional investment. Together with FN-60 or FN-50 cards, it can become a wireless link receiver with up to 18 channels of video output to HDMI or SDI, all synchronized by timecode.

Powerful Multimedia Format Conversion Center

Using the FMG-400 media gateway card, your RF02 can become a robust platform supporting up to 18x 4Kp60 or 72x 1080p60 video format and protocol conversion. It enables H.264/H.265 conversions, NDI High Bandwidth to NDI HX, NDI HX to NDI High Bandwidth, up/down scaling, and conversions between NDI, SRT, RTMP, HLS, TS, RTP, RTSP protocols, as well as Dante/AV-H audio compatibility.

Hardware NDI Bridge

With the FMG-400, the RF02 can provide you with a hardware-based NDI Bridge experience with integrated format conversion. It can seamlessly connect with NDI Bridge Host, and by using two RF02 units, you can achieve bidirectional hardware NDI bridging. It also offers up to 18x 4K or 72x 1080p NDI High Bandwidth to NDI HX or other format compression, offering superior performance compared to traditional PC-based NDI Bridge solutions, providing unmatched stability, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness.

NDI Multiview and Video Switcher

The upcoming FMV-400 and FD-400 Multiview cards, combined with FN-60 or FN-50 decoding cards, will transform your system into a level 1 video switcher with Multiview preview with up to 4K Full UHD resolution and HDR compatibility. You'll be able to preview all NDI video on multiple screens and send your selected feed to one or multiple FN-50/FN-60 for SDI or HDMI output. The output can be connected to traditional video production systems like Blackmagic ATEM. This creates a powerful, cost-effective, and complete NDI video production platform.
