The system is compatible with Android and iOS devices, as well as with Pyro series receivers, offering broad flexibility for multi-device monitoring and team collaboration. Transmission operates on a 5 GHz frequency band, with a range of up to 100 meters (line of sight) and a low latency of approximately 65 milliseconds, ensuring a stable and responsive connection even in demanding environments.
Vcore supports multiple configurations to suit each project’s needs: one transmitter with four mobile apps, one transmitter with two apps and one receiver, or one transmitter with two receivers. When used with Pyro S or Pyro H receivers, it supports both input and output signals up to 4K at 30 fps, maintaining top-tier quality throughout the workflow.
For recording, the Hollyland Vcore enables professional-grade proxy files at 1080p 60 fps using the H.264 codec, streamlining post-production workflows. It automatically detects the camera’s frame rate and timecode, allowing seamless proxy file linking in software like DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro. The device records in MP4 format with embedded timecode to an internal SD card (not included) while also allowing synchronized recording on a connected mobile device.
In addition to monitoring and recording, Vcore also supports live streaming without complex setup. You can stream directly via RTMP or go live instantly through the app using the built-in SDK, compatible with platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.
