The HDMI fiber-optic cable module extender with HDCP support extends HDMI up to 1000 meters using a single-strand 50/125μm multimode SC (OM2/OM3) SC termination fiber optic cable. It supports resolutions up to 1080p FullHD and formats HD lossless audio such as LCPM 7.1 audio, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. Optical signal transmission provides galvanic isolation and immunity to electromagnetic interference compared to similar copper-based extension modules. The Pigtail design of the emitter and receiver modules relieves stress and clutter in the source and screen connection panels.
