The new Samyang Xeen Meister 35mm T1.3 are ultra-bright 8k Full Frame prime lenses.
 
Samyang has built a premium designed, robust and high quality lens with the intention of satisfying the current professional needs of cinematographers and focus pullers.
 
The exceptional T1.3 aperture gives this lens great versatility by allowing you to shoot with high image quality and clarity in both optimal lighting conditions and in less illuminated environments. Its improved 13-blade aperture, as compared to 11 blades in previous ranges, combined with the blur it provides at maximum aperture, delivers dramatic results that emphasize the subject and an excellent bokeh effect. 
 
In the SAMYANG XEEN MEISTER series, image capture up to 8K is assured thanks to its 43.2mm image circle. It is compatible with today's large sensor cameras. Built in a metal body and with a front lens made of aluminum, Samyang is committed to the durability of its lenses, becoming an option to be taken into account for the most demanding video and film productions.
 
Models are available with PL, Sony E or Canon EF mount. 
 
Cinematographers can have more aesthetic control thanks to the Samyang X-coating lens technology, and may choose to include internal reflections, flares and ghosting effects in their images to achieve their own cinematic style. This coating also guarantees the color uniformity of the entire Meister range.
 
Samyang has taken professional focusing into consideration by implementing a number of improvements to the focus rings. The focus range is extended from the 100° achieved in previous ranges to 300°. This provides a smoother and more precise focus shift. Two focus and iris scales on both sides of the lens have been treated to be visible in low light conditions to facilitate the work of the focus puller.
 
To give shooting more dynamism, the 35mm T1.3 Meister lens shares with the rest of the range a front diameter of 114mm, which facilitates the exchange of focal lengths when necessary. The distance between the focus and iris rings is the same throughout the series, making it possible to exchange lenses without having to modify the accessories attached to the rods, such as the Matte Box or Follow Focus. 
 
The XEEN Meister 35mm T1.3 PL mount model incorporates Cooke/i technology, which allows the recording of detailed lens recording data such as aperture, focal length or frame rate automatically and digitally. 
 
High image quality, an attractive and robust design and the ability to capture images up to 8K with an exceptional aperture, are the hallmarks of the Meister range. The premium series of Samyang Meister lenses have been created to compete with top brands such as Zeiss or Cooke.
