Gefen EXT-DVI-FM2500 - DVI-DL Extender over 2 LC fibers

DVI Dual Link extender over a two-wire multimode fiber optic cable with Virtual EDID. Gefen's EXT-DVI-FM2500 DVI dual-link fiber optic extender allows the DVI signal to be extended up to 1km away.  This fiber optic extender is ideal for installations where DVI source and display are separated in an operating environment prone to interference. A multimode (OM3) fiber optic cable with LC-Duplex termination provides maximum extension and excellent protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI), as well as preserving signal integrity. The automatic EDID programming function enables fast and correct synchronization of the video source with the display, without the need for manual configuration. This allows quick image recovery when the display is turned on or when used in conjunction with switches and arrays.
