The new JVC KY-PZ400N 4K NDI|HX PTZ camera offers optimal image quality and performance for remote productions over the internet, all thanks to transmission via the NDI|HX protocol.
The new JVC KY-PZ400N models are available in black or white to best suit the environment of the location or project.
Most advanced transmission protocols
The JVC KY-PZ400N camera offers high quality, low latency IP video transmission standards, ideal for streaming in an ever-evolving media landscape. The camera includes NDI|HX, SRT, RTSP, RTMP and HTTP and other standard protocols. With the open source SRT technology that has become standard in JVC cameras, users of these PTZ cameras have a truly future-proof solution with continuous firmware upgrades. The advanced streaming capabilities of the built-in SRT technology add automatic repeat request (ARQ) and error correction (FEC) to prevent packet loss that often occurs over Internet connections. It also offers stream encryption to protect the content sent.
NTP Synchronisation
In addition, with built-in Vertical Interval Time Code (VITC) and Network Time Protocol (NTP), JVC's new PTZ camera also features multi-camera synchronisation, for live event production. This feature is ideal for mixing and broadcasting concerts, shows, sports and other live productions where image synchronisation is crucial.
High quality image sensor
The JVC KY-PZ400N camera features a 1/2.5" CMOS image sensor as well as 12x optical zoom.
Professional connections
These cameras feature the most advanced professional connections: HDMI and 3G-SDI, RJ45 with PoE, Pelco-D, Pelco-P, RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485.
You can configure the camera to move quickly between positions using the RS-485, IP control, or RS-232 with separately available serial controllers, or you can use the included IR remote control.
The camera can be powered via the included power adapter or via PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) on a compatible network. A ceiling mount is included, and the camera image can be flipped when mounted upside down.
