It allows to extend the autonomy during more than 2 hours of uninterrupted recording: The handle replaces the LP-E6 battery of the camera by other 2 of the L series. It is made of carbon fiber with 2 non-slip sections to hold the camera safely and has a compact capacity for 2 batteries L series. These batteries are very common and can be found easily. It is also possible to charge the batteries from the 12V (DC) connection of the camera.
