The Swit KA-M20S is an adapter plate for Swit Pocket V-mount batteries. By installing the plate and attaching 2 PB-M series V-Mount batteries, the size is equivalent to a standard large capacity, V-mount battery. The KA-M20S plate can take advantage of charge from the 2 batteries one by one, in hot-swap mode, or use them together in high charge mode.
When the power consumption is less than the maximum battery load (PB-M98S 100W load), the KA-M20S would enter the hot-swap mode: 2 batteries one by one, and the discharged battery can be exchanged at any time. When the power consumption is more than a single PB-M battery, the KA-M20S would be in high load mode: 2 batteries being used together and none of the batteries can be removed. The hot-swap mode and high charge mode is automatically adjusted according to the device current consumption.
