Con Matrox Monarch LCS, los administradores de TI encontrarán este fiable dispositivo de red autónomo fácil de configurar e integrar en cualquier sistema de administración de vídeo (VMS) o sistema de administración de aprendizaje (LMS) abierto.

Monarch LCS le permite definir fácilmente perfiles para conferencias transmitidas en directo y grabadas mezclando material de cámara y de presentación de fuentes SDI y HDMI. Una vez configurado, este versátil aparato de codificación H.264 puede ser operado por cualquiera con sólo pulsar un botón. Y no romperá su presupuesto. Ceremonias, reuniones, sermones, eventos deportivos, producciones teatrales son anfitriones de una diversa gama de eventos que merecen ser compartidos con una amplia audiencia.

La transmisión por Internet es lo más parecido a estar allí en persona, y ofrece un enorme valor añadido a las organizaciones al permitir a los espectadores participar y ver en tiempo real a través de canales digitales y plataformas populares de medios sociales, como Facebook Live y YouTube, y al fomentar la interacción con el público. Una configuración típica consistiría en el vídeo y el audio del presentador y una fuente informática con material de apoyo que puede mezclarse en una sola transmisión por Internet.

El operador puede seleccionar varios modos de funcionamiento que incluyen diseños como Imagen en imagen y Lado a lado. Si el operador prefiere cambiar dinámicamente las entradas a lo largo de la conferencia, el Monarch LCS también ofrece el modo Switcher. Con muy poco tiempo de configuración, el Monarch LCS puede ser configurado para capturar y entregar contenido como presentaciones y seminarios en muchos diseños atractivos.

* Support for NTFS (3.1) and FAT32 file system. The Monarch HD will support writing to USB3 devices at USB2 speeds. Also note, there is a very high variability in the performance capabilities of “thumb” drives (even USB3 versions). Many are optimized for “read” operations while the Monarch HD requires sustained “write” capabilities. For best results, Matrox recommends using powered USB drives. If small portable media is required, SD cards may be more suitable.
** Supports SD and SDHC cards. Only NTFS formatted SDXC cards are supported. (Class 10 highly recommended).
*** Support for writing to shared folders in computers found on a network using Windows Share protocols (suitable for Windows system) as well as NFS protocols (suitable for Mac and Linux systems).
Recording LengthsMaximum file length of 300 minutes—irrespective of storage type used. File splitting feature allows a user to record continuously for long periods by defining file segment sizes. The Monarch appliance will create these sequential file segments over the course of the recording operation without losing a single frame of video. File segment can have a length of 1 to 300 minutes.
Full Frame RateEncode frame rates selection includes;
60/50, 30/25 and 15/12.5
Note that 50/60 fps setting is limited to following use cases:
Single Input, single encoder – 1080p60 and 720p60 supported in RTMP, RTSP or Recording modes

All other operating modes will limit the frame rate to the 30/25 fps setting regardless of encoding resolution.
