The AJA 4K2HD downconverter converts professional 4K and UltraHD SDI signals into HD or SD. It simultaneously outputs 3G/HD/SD-SDI and HDMI, which allows the converted signals to be sent to SDI and HDMI devices for monitoring or direct broadcast. The 4K2HD features 4 SDI connections for 4 input signals 1.5GHz, 2x 3GHz dual stream and 4x 3GHz 4K (4096x2160) and UHD (3840x2160). It supports frame rates up to 50 and 60fps at 4K resolution. The 4K2HD also supports HD and SD NTSC/PAL input signals, allowing it to function as a 3G/HD/SD-SDI to HDMI converter.
Configure the 4K2HD using the AJA MiniConfig software via USB 2.0. The software provides an easy-to-use graphical interface with detailed information on input and output formats as well as all configuration parameters. Includes 5 VDC power supply.

SDI 4K/UHD signals to HD converter
Simultaneous HDSDI and HDMI outputs, producing high definition images for monitoring or broadcasting. The 4K2HD supports high frame rate (HFR) 4K inputs at 50 and 60fps and converts them to HD outputs at 50 and 60fps for accurate viewing.
The 4K2HD configuration options allow you to extract an HD image from the 4K input, to provide a one-by-one pixel image to check the focus of the 4K signal on an HD display.
The configuration can be adjusted remotely via AJA MiniConfig software control via USB.
