The Kiloview RE-2 video encoding module is part of the Cradle series. Encodes HDMI video for use in IP Video or Streaming networks. It provides HDMI input up to 1080p60 with loop through. It also has a 3.5mm analog audio input. The encoder supports SRT, RTMP, RTMPS, HLS, TS over UDP, RTP, RTSP and Onvif transmission protocols, allowing it to transmit to a wide range of platforms and also point-to-point via a decoder.

This HDMI video encoding module provides the ability to encode the video signal in H264/AVC and Motion-JPEG and the audio signal in AAC/G.711. It is capable of encoding a signal up to 1080p60.
The protocols supported by this equipment are SRT / RTMP / RTMPS / HLS / TS over UDP / RTP / RTSP / Onvif. It has a web management portal and allows overlaying images and text at any position on the screen and rotation and cropping of the signal.
