Datavideo HDR-1 Standalone H.264 USB Recorder/Player

The Datavideo HDR-1 records and playback HD video, in the popular H.264 format, without the need for a PC. To get started, connect an NTFS-formatted USB drive, and the HDR-1 will automatically configure itself to record or playback video to/from the unit. Whether HD or SD, the HDR-1 can handle it. Resolutions up to 1080p at 30fps are supported for recording, and bitrates up to 20Mbps ensure that recordings retain detail.
Once the video is recorded, you can remove the flash drive and distribute the video, move it to a hard drive for archiving, share it directly on the web, or edit it later. Basic editing operations, such as cutting out unwanted segments, can be performed on the HDR-1. If someone is actively operating the HDR-1, the pause button temporarily stops recording during a pause in the event, keeping the recording in a single file, eliminating the need for editing.
