Convert HDMI video to an NDI stream with the Magewell Pro Convert HDMI 4K Plus HDMI to NDI converter. The Pro Convert HDMI 4K Plus features...
The Kiloview N60 is a bi-directional converter that allows to transform signals coming from HDMI into NDI or NDI|HX and vice versa. It supports encoding and decoding up to 4Kp60 using full-bandwidth SpeedHQ NDI protocol or NDI|HX protocol using H.264 or H.265 compression. In addition, the N60 is able to record to TF cards and supports voice intercom with USB headsets connected directly to devices by using the Kiloview Intercom Server (KIS). It supports PTZ control via USB to RS232/485/422 serial protocols and various IP PTZ protocols, which do not require an additional cable to the video connection.
The Kiloview N60 supports Web Cam input via USB 3.0 and usage as a video capture device to a PC via USB Type-C (both require the purchase of an optional licence). This NDI encoder/decoder can be powered via PoE.
The Kiloview N60 is a new full-featured NDI converter. Adopting leading FPGA technologies, advanced level AVC/HEVC algorithms and NDI algorithm, the Kiloview N60 supports 4Kp60 format encoding/decoding with both high bandwidth NDI and NDI|HX, meeting all your demands and applications of IP-based video transmission.
The Kiloview N60 supports NDI encoding/decoding as well as NDI|HX by H.264/H.265.
In encode mode, the Kiloview N60 can encode a 4K HDMI signal into an NDI or NDI|HX video stream.
In decode mode, the Kiloview N60 will automatically detect NDI sources in the network and transform them into video signal to be output by the HDMI port according to the final needs.
The N60 supports a professional YCbCr 4:2:2 colour space and 10-bit colour depth (8-bit common colour depth is also available). The N60 ensures higher colour and image quality, especially to meet the needs of the broadcast and medical imaging industries, which do not support colour fringing.
The N60 features USB 3.0 Type-A and USB 3.0 Type-C interfaces so you can:
With the available USB expansions, you can achieve limitless possibilities by seamlessly bringing NDI technology to applications such as video conferencing, image processing, PTZ camera control and more.
Note: As an advanced feature, additional licenses are required for full functionality.
With ultra-low end-to-end latency, the Kiloview N60 is a powerful bi-directional converter that will support every second of your 4K over IP video transmission.
As an upgrade to the Kiloview N6, the N60 is designed to enhance the user experience.
A large colour LCD screen and scroll wheel allow you to customize settings, turn on/off, set quick shortcuts and control all video sources with ease.
On the back of the N60, there is a small built-in tally to show the status.
The Kiloview N60 supports an extended USB audio interface (e.g. USB headset), so you can have real-time end-to-end intercommunication between the operators of the Kiloview devices and the associated Kiloview Intercom System (KIS) group.
It also features a mini-jack line input that allows an independent audio source into the transmission, summing up with embedded audio, when the device is in coder mode. In decoder mode, its mini-jack line output allows to send non-embedded audio from NDI source to any destination when is required.
The Kiloview N60 supports PTZ control via USB to RS-232/RS-485/RS-422 serial. It also supports various network control protocols (such as Sony Visca/PELCO-D/PELCO-P) for external PTZ control.
The Kiloview N60 has two interfaces 10Gb Ethernet, one with PoE 24W support (IEEE 802.3AT) for power supply. You only need to connect a network cable, and you can easily access both power supply and network transmission. It also supports DC 12V power supply and you can easily power the device with a portable charger or the camera battery.
The N60 provides a TF storage slot that provides the ability to record encoded NDI video directly to a TF card (local recording supports .mov format). TF storage protects the recording and prevents video frames from being lost due to delays, interruptions or network fluctuations.
