The XS-1HD can switch video from up to four sources, such as cameras, computers or media players, you can freely assign videos on LCD screens or projectors. The scaler provided at each input ensures that the position or zoom can be adjusted even when the video signals being input have different formats. Since it has built-in an EDID emulator, the correct resolution will be sent from the computers to the switch. You can instantly change what is being sent to any screen when invoking the preset memories you have stored, as the event progresses or when appropriate for the situation
The Matrix mode allows you to switch a total of four broadcast destinations, such as Main Screen, Secondary Screen, Presenter Monitor and a digital signal for general information. Switcher mode is convenient when the operator requires traditional real-time switching with multi-view preview, PinP, key-compositing, and blurred transitions.
The XS-1HD is ideal for banquet halls, classrooms, theaters or distance learning (e-Learning) studios that use multiple destinations to display videos. Sophisticated applications that would otherwise require the integration of video switches, audio mixers, and control panels can be accomplished using only the XS-1HD. Because configuration settings can be stored, even the most sophisticated settings can be invoked instantly. The RS-232 control port makes it easy to add a third-party control system to the XS-1HD.
Built-in on-board scalers and multiple operating modes make it ideal for use in event areas, can handle the constantly changing input source types and various resolutions, in addition, easily adapts to the different requirements of the destinations of issue. Its compatibility with the HDCP protocol makes it indispensable, especially when customers want to play video sources with HDMI signals protected by HDCP, such as Blu-ray or smart phones. Static images can be integrated from USB flash memory and are great for convenient logos visualization.
The Split mode is ideal for eLearning Studios that need to create video composed of content sent by cameras and computer data sources. Because audio can be switched in sync with video transitions, it is easy to combine audiovisual playback content with video from the camera. You can perform the composition of up to three PinP screens, for example, to combine a camera focused to the speaker along with the images of the data of its overlapping presentation.
Everything included is contained in a compact format, the XS-1HD includes a switch, scalers and audio mixer in a single unit. In addition, the processing of high-quality images allows the emission to large screens of high resolution, without degrading the quality.
The XS-1HD uses the 4:4:4 10-Bit RGB/YPbPr signal processing, ensuring that the quality of video input sources is preserved until broadcast on the output screen, especially with data sources. Video that is switched to a large LED display or a projector is output with clear clarity. It also incorporates a test pattern generator, which allows you to output a test pattern that is convenient for adjusting the video output on a projector or on a large LED display. A wide selection of various patterns has been provided, including color bars, Cross-Hatch and Ramp. Also included is an animation function that diagonally moves the pattern shown.
