The Datavideo VP-597 is a six-output SDI distributor with A/B input switching control. It supports 3G/HD/SD SDI video with embedded audio and re-clock designed for long distance transmission. The two input sources can be managed by an A/B panel switcher or via the GPI remote control interface. The VP-597 is ideal for simple A/B source switching to multiple HD displays or can be used as a backup 3G/HD/SD/SD SDI input source switcher for live events.
