Compact 4K professional camera with type 1.0 MOS sensor (approx. 15,030,000 pixels). It offers extraordinary depth of field and an excellent balance between image quality and sensitivity. It supports various formats such as UHD (3840x2160), FHD, HD and SD, with untrimmed images in all modes. The MOS sensor has a high sensitivity of F12 (60Hz)/F13 (50Hz) (both UHD and FHD in high sensitivity mode).
The mounted lens offers the widest angle in its class, with 24.5mm (35mm equivalent) at the widest aperture end and allows to record wide-angle images with minimal distortion and without the use of a conversion lens. The 20x optical zoom covers a TV up to 490mm in all modes. The i.Zoom allows a continuous zoom up to 32x in HD, or up to 24x in UHD from the end of the telephoto lens, with no decrease in quality. It also includes a 2x/5x/10x digital zoom. Built-in five-axis hybrid image stabilizer with intelligent AF and focus support. Optics can be easily operated in manual mode thanks to three rings and wired or wireless remote control functionality.
Because it incorporates HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma) the AG-AC350 is HDR compatible and offers a wide dynamic range on HDR compatible monitors. One of eight gamma modes can be selected (HD, SD, FILMLIKE 1, FILMLIKE 2, FILMLIKE 3, FILM-REC, VIDEO-REC, HLG).
The camera allows to record 10-bit UHD/60p videos on an SD memory card. It is also possible to use the new high efficiency HEVC codec (LongGOP, 10 bits, 4:2:0, MOV). In UHD, it can be recorded at a variable frame rate (VFR) of between 1 and 50fps, while in FHD, it can record at super slow speed at a maximum of 100fps. Both modes allow the capture high quality, 10-bit full-frame images without cropping the image area, even at high frame rates. It also supports MOV/AVCHD/P2 MXF file formats. Dual memory card slot improves recording reliability
The AG-CX350 can be used for live coverage of concerts and sports events, as well as for live broadcasting of breaking news. Compatible with Facebook, YouTube and other streaming services. It is the industry's first camera equipped with NDI|HX that allows video transmission and camera control via an IP connection, without using an external converter. The camera can be integrated into larger systems that work in conjunction with NDI-equipped PTZ camera systems or, for example, the Live Production Center AV-HLC100. It allows wireless control from a tablet or smartphone and has SDI and HDMI output. Supports TC synchronization for multi-camera recording.
