The Manfrotto MPMXPROA4 is a professional XPRO+ series photo monopod designed to support heavy telephoto lenses mainly for sport or nature photography. Its three-leg retractable base offers great rigidity and stability, inherited from Manfrotto's range of professional tripods. It is compatible with Manfrotto's fludia base (MVMXPROBASE) allowing you to turn your monopod into a professional fluid video monopod.

The innovative FLUIDTECH solution enables fluid 3D motion - panoramic, tilt and turn - with pioneering technology based on a spherical system located inside the base that offers the ultimate in smoothness across a wide range of perspectives. The three retractable feet make it very comfortable to carry when folded. The MVMXPROBASE can be fitted to the Monopod+ by unscrewing the foot and converting the monopod into a fludia video monopod. It is compatible with all models of Monopié+ XPRO, not the MMXPROA3B model.

This 4-section monopod is capable of supporting up to 8Kg. The new D-shaped aluminium tubes greatly improve the rotation resistance of the entire monopole, following the photographer's rapid rotation movements. Combined with the Quick Power Lock (QPL) system that strongly blocks the monopole on the flat side of the tubes, unwanted sudden movements are eliminated. Thanks to the new design of the rubber heater, which offers exceptional grip, and the dual 1/4" - 3/8" thread system, this new generation of monopod is more practical, more versatile and faster. Combined with the 234RC single-legged ball joint, we improve the shooting experience by increasing framing speed and versatility.
